植物生长延缓剂对蝴蝶兰开花特性的影响

摘    要:为了分析比较3种植物生长延缓剂对蝴蝶兰开花特性的影响,选用不同浓度梯度的BAS、矮壮素(CCC)、多效唑(PP333)对2个花梗较高的蝴蝶兰品种进行处理。研究结果表明:(1)不同浓度的多效唑能有效降低蝴蝶兰花梗高度,施用后可使品种‘红天鹅’的花梗高度降低8~9 cm,‘新红龙’降低5~6 cm。不同浓度的BAS、矮壮素对蝴蝶兰花梗高度的影响不明显。(2)3种植物生长延缓剂对‘红天鹅’的花序长度和花朵数均有抑制作用。而BAS、矮壮素则对‘新红龙’的花序长度有促进作用。(3)BAS施用后推迟‘红天鹅’开花。对于品种‘新红龙’,3种药剂处理后均可促进提前开花。(4)不同浓度的植物生长延缓剂处理对蝴蝶兰花径大小影响甚微。

Abstract:In order to analyze the effects of different plant growth retardants (BAS. tEE, PP333) and concentrations on Phalaenopsis flowering, two varieties with high peduncle were selected as the research materials in this paper. The result showed that: (1) paclobutrazol (PP333) with different concentrations could reduce the height of Phalaenopsis peduncle effectively, 8-9 cm for the variety ' Red Swan' and 5-6 cm for the 'New Red Dragon'. BAS and CCC had no significant effect on peduncle height. (2) Three kinds of plant growth retardants with different concentrations had inhibitive effect to the length and numbers of flower 'Red Swan', BAS and CCC were positive to the length of 'New Red Dragon'. (3) The time of 'New Red Dragon' flowering was moved ahead after three varieties of plant growth retardants treatments, but for the variety of ' Red Swan', BAS delayed flowering after treatments. (4) Three kinds of plant growth retardants with different concentrations had no effect on flower diameter.
