荷叶离褶伞菌株的ITS鉴定及生物学特性研究

摘    要:为更好地开发利用荷叶离褶伞,本研究以1株离褶伞属野生菌为研究对象,通过分子生物学鉴定及测定菌丝生长速度、菌丝干重和生长势等指标,研究其生物学特性。结果表明该菌经鉴定为荷叶离褶伞,其菌丝生长的最适碳源为麦芽糖,最适氮源为大豆蛋白胨,最适碳氮比为30/1,最适生长因子为维生素B6,最适生长温度为20℃,最适pH值为6.0。本研究结果可为荷叶离褶伞生产栽培提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:In order to make better development and use of Lyopbyllum decastes, a wild mushroom, identified by molecular biological techniques as L. decastes (Fr.:Fr.) Sing., was tested and the biological characteristics were researched by measuring mycelial growth rate, dry weight and growth vigor. The results showed that the optimal carbon source was maltose and the optimal nitrogen source was soybean peptone. The most suitable carbon nitrogen ratio was about 30/1 and the optimal growth factor was vitamin B6; the optimal temperature and pH were found to be 20℃ and 6.0, respectively. The results of this study may provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of L. deeastes.
