摘    要:【研究目的】 测定16种园林植物不同器官对受体植物生菜和反枝苋的化感活性;【方法】琼脂混粉法;【结果】在10 g?L-1的粉末添加浓度下,所有的供试植物器官粉末均对两种受体植物幼苗的生长产生了明显的抑制作用,且对胚根生长的抑制明显高于对胚轴生长的抑制。其中观赏桃的茎、桑树的根、紫叶小蘖的叶、金银木的果实、鸢尾的叶以及复羽叶栾树的花等器官表现出的活性最高。【结论】结果表明上述植物器官具有高化感活性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE]To determine the allelopathic activities of different organs of 16 species garden plants on seedlings of lettuce and Amaranthus retroflexus L.. METHOD]Method of grinded plant tissue powder mixed with agar (PPA) was employed. RESULTS]The growth of two receptor plants seedlings were remarkably inhibited by the powers of all plant organs, the inhibitory rates on growth of radicles were higher than that on hypocotyls at 10 g/L concentration. Among all the plant organs, the shoots of Prunus persica Batsch., the roots of Morus alba L., the leaves of Beiberis thunbesgii DC. vas. atropurpurea Chenanet and Iris tectorum Maxim, the fruhs of Lonicera maackii Rupr. Maxim. and the flowers of Koelreuteria bipinnata var. integrifolia showed the more high activities. CONCLUSION]The results showed that above plant organs have high allelopathic activities.
