大青山不同树种土壤微生物数量及酶活性研究

摘    要:为了揭示随海拔梯度变化对3种乡土抗旱树种土壤微生物数量及酶活性的影响,并为准确评估不同树种在大青山山地生态系统中的作用及合理利用提供理论依据。采用传统的平板菌落技术法和96微孔板荧光法测定并分析其根围土壤微生物数量和酶活性。结果表明:3种树种的微生物数量均表现为细菌放线菌真菌,但是不同菌群数量之间均存在显著差异(P0.05)。3种树种根围土壤的蛋白酶、N-乙酰葡萄糖苷酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化物酶酶活性均随海拔的升高呈现下降的趋势。相关性分析表明:不同树种的土壤微生物数量、土壤酶活性和土壤的理化性质之间存在一定的相关性。这对改良土壤、植树造林及保护内蒙古大青山自然保护区生态系统提供了理论依据。

Rhizosphere Soil Microorganism Quantity and Enzyme Activity of 3 Tree Species in Daqing Mountain
Abstract:The paper aims to reveal the effect of altitude gradient on soil microorganism quantity and enzyme activity of 3 kinds of native drought-resistant tree species, and to provide a theoretical basis for accurate assessment of the role and rational utilization of different tree species in Daqing Mountain ecosystem. The authors measured and analyzed the rhizosphere soil microorganism quantity and enzyme activity by traditional plate colony technique and 96 microtiter plate fluorescence method. The results showed that: the number of microbes in the 3 species showed bacterial>actinomycete>fungi, but there were significant differences (P < 0.05); the activity of protease, N - acetylglucosidase, alkaline phosphatase and peroxidase in soil of the 3 species decreased with the increase of altitude; the correlation analysis showed that: there were some correlations between soil microorganism quantity, soil enzyme activity and soil physical and chemical properties. The research provides a theoretical basis for soil improvement, afforestation and protecting the ecosystem of Daqing Mountain Nature Reserve in Inner Mongolia.
