摘    要:摘要:试验以NaCl为胁迫因子,设置0 %、0.3 %、0.5 %、0.7 %、0.9 %、1.1%、1.3%、1.4%和1.5%九个盐浓度梯度,对奇台红豆草进行盐胁迫处理,通过测定发芽率、根长、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量,研究盐胁迫对红豆草的影响。试验数据显示:随着盐浓度的增加,红豆草的发芽率逐渐降低,根长逐渐缩短,可溶性糖含量逐渐增加。盐浓度在1.4%时,可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量均达到最高。关键词:红豆草;盐胁迫;可溶性糖;丙二醛;脯氨酸

Abstract:The integrated salt tolerance of 9 different concentrations of NaCl of Onobrychic vicaefolia, which was tested under 0%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7%, 0.9 %, 1.1%, 1.3%, 1.4% and 1.5% concentration of NaCl by measuring the germination rate of its seeds, root length, soluble sugar content, proline content and MDA content of its plants.
