摘    要:蚕豆产量构成因子包括有效分枝、有效荚数、实粒数和百粒重,四者的相对最佳协调关系是育种家们研究和探讨的热点问题。为筛选适宜安徽省地区种植的高产蚕豆品种,利用83份秋播蚕豆材料的小区结果,采用方差分析法、相关分析法和灰色关联度分析法对蚕豆产量构成因子进行初步研究分析。结果表明:有效分枝和实粒数与产量呈极显著正相关,是影响产量的最重要因素;有效分枝与有效荚数和实粒数呈极显著正相关。偏相关分析也表明,产量与有效分枝和实粒数呈极显著正相关,偏相关系数分别为0.3152**和0.4895**。通径分析显示,实粒数对产量的直接效应最大。关联度分析表明,对产量贡献由高到低依次为实粒数、有效分枝、百粒重、有效荚数。实际育种中,在提高蚕豆产量时,应在优先考虑实粒数增加的基础上,注意各性状之间的平衡。

Preliminary Analyses of Yield Component Factors of Autumn Broad Bean
Abstract:Abstract: The yield compoenent factors mainly contain effective branch, effective pods, grain number and 100-grain weight in the broad bean. Study and investigation of the relatively optimal coordination of four factors are a hot issue. In order to chose the high quality and yield of broad bean in Anhui Province, using the materials of 83 autumn broad bean as a result, using variance analysis, correlation analysis and grey correlation analysis of broad bean production form factor had carried on the preliminary research and analysis. The results indicated that effective branch and grain number had a highly positive correlation with the yield of the most important determination factors, effective branch were positively correlated between effective pods and grain number. Partial correlation analysis also showed that yield had extremely significantly positive relation between effective branch and grain number the partial correlation coefficient was 0.3152** and 0.4895**. Path-coefficient analysis revealed that the direct effect of grain number per plant was the largest. Grey correlation analysis showed that Contribution to yield from high to low was in the following sequence :Grain number > effective branch >100-grain weight> effective pods. So, it should be given priority by grain numberof raising the broad bean production, be paid attention by the balance between the various characters.
