不同消毒剂对烟草黑胫病菌的抑制作用

漂浮育苗是一项较先进的育苗技术，对育苗盘、池膜、剪叶器具和操作的严格消毒是培育无病壮苗的关键环节。为烟叶生产上更合理地选用消毒剂，以甲霜灵为对照药剂，分析了几种常用消毒剂对烟草黑胫病菌菌丝生长和孢子囊产生的抑制作用，结果表明大多数漂浮育苗消毒药剂适宜浓度对烟草黑胫病菌都有一定的抑制作用，包括硫酸铜、美国消毒剂、0.6%菌毒净、7%有效氯次氯酸钠、24%毒消、40%育宝、10%二氧化氯和磷酸三钠，消毒药剂高锰酸钾与30%有效氯漂白粉对烟草黑胫病菌菌丝和孢子囊均无抑制作用。

Inhibition of Disinfector against Phytophthora nicotianae

In the course of the floating seeding, an advanced seedling techniques, the strict disinfection of the float trays, plastic, clipping appliance and operation is the key link for breeding anosis and strong seedling. To use disinfector more rationally to tobacco production, 10 active disinfector was studied of their inhibition against Phytophthora nicotianae. The results indicated that great majority disinfector can inhibit the growth of Phytophthora nicotianae, including copper sulfate, American disinfector, 0.6%"Jun Du Jing", 7% available chlorine sodium hypochlorite, 24%"Du Xiao", 40%"Yu Bao", 10% chlorine dioxide, sodium phosphate,however Potassium permanganate, 30% available chlorine bleaching powder had no inhibition on the growth of Phytophthora nicotianae hyphae and sporangium.
