摘    要:利用扫描电子显微镜对鹅掌楸属植物4个种(或品种)的叶表皮微形态特征进行观察。研究结果表明,鹅掌楸属植物的叶片上表皮细胞为不规则形状,呈波纹网状结构,有角质层和蜡层;下表皮细胞无规则排列,气孔呈椭圆形,由2个月牙型的保卫细胞构成和2个肾形的副卫细胞构成,在叶下表皮呈无规则排列;叶脉结构也极为相似。但下表皮细胞结构、角质层的密度和纹饰、气孔密度和大小存在区别,这些叶表皮微形态特征对探讨鹅掌楸属植物种间亲缘关系具有一定的意义。

Abstract:

Scanning electronic microscope (SEM) was used to examine leaf epidermal features of 4 species (or varieties) in Liriodendron. The results showed that the upper epidermal cells were irregular, sinuous and ripply, and covered with cuticle and wax. The lower epidermal cells were arranged in no regulation. The stomata were ellipse shape and distributed in lower epidermis. There were two crescent shaped guard cells and two reniform subsidiary cells around the stomata. The structure of leaf veins was also similar. On the other hand, the structure and shape of lower epidermal cells, the thickness and ornamentation of epidermal cuticles, and the density and size of stoma were micro—morphological differences among them. The leaf micro-morphological features had important effect on identifying the inter-species relationship of Liriodendron.
