| 摘 要： | 欧盟制定和实施的茶叶中农药残留新标准对中国茶叶出口欧盟有较大影响。从《SPS协定》的角度看，欧盟的新标准具有明显的贸易壁垒的特征，与《SPS协定》存在诸多抵触。笔者介绍了欧盟茶叶中农药残留新标准，解析了欧盟新标准与《SPS协定》相违背的地方，并提出了中国应对欧盟茶叶中农药残留新标准的策略。 |

| Abstract: | New standards of EU MRL for tea have a great impact on trade in EU on the tea export from China.New standards of EU MRL for tea have the traits of trade barrier from the viewpoint of SPS agreement,and the standards conflict with many articles of SPS agreement.This paper introduced the new standards of EU MRL for tea,analysis on the standard inconsistent with the SPS agreement,and some countermeasures for China copy with new standards of EU MRL for tea were also put forward. |
