农业产业化联合体建设及人才培养探讨

农业产业化联合体是一种新型农业生产经营组织联盟,它对推动农业产业化发展、带动农民脱贫致富、促进三产融合发展起到极其重要作用。本文论述我国农业产业化合体建设及其人才培养现状,分析农业产业化合体建设及其人才培养面临的主要困难与问题,提出支持农业产业化合体建设及其人才培养的对策建议。

The Construction of Agricultural Industrialization Complex and Talent Cultivation

The construction of agricultural industrialization complex is one of the important means to promote rural revitalization, and plays an important role in realizing industrial prosperity, poverty alleviation and the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industry. This study summarizes the status of the construction of agricultural industrialization complex with its talent training, analyzes main challenges such as vague recognition, imperfect working mechanism and leadership system, rural financial dilemma needs to be solved urgently, a lag in the construction of rural talents system, and obvious obstacles to land issues. Then, we put forward countermeasures to support the construction of agricultural industrialization complex and its talent training, including building the top-level design, improving the financial service level, establishing the talent training system, and ensuring reasonable land needs for industry.
