欧洲椴树的分段压条繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:旨在寻找适宜欧洲椴树压条生根的最佳激素浓度和生根部位,为快繁提供技术支撑。以8年生欧洲椴树枝条为试材,以NAA、IBA激素的不同浓度梯度进行分段处理枝条,通过EM50数据采集器连续监测其土壤温度和湿度,后期观察并记录根数、根长、根径,计算生根率等指标,观察其显著性差异。结果表明:以500 mg/L的IBA溶液处理欧洲椴树压条生根效果最好,生根率达到80%,平均主根数为29.6根,平均主根长为19.74 cm,平均主根径为2.75 mm,平均侧根数为15.8根,平均侧根长为8.64 cm;适宜欧洲椴树压条生根的部位是压条中段,生根率达到77.8%,平均主根数为10.7根,平均主根长为16.67 cm,平均主根径为1.9 mm,平均侧根数为10.8根,平均侧根长为5.15 cm。说明适宜的激素处理可以促进欧洲椴树压条苗的生根和成活;IBA激素的使用对欧洲椴树压条苗的生根效果较NAA及对照处理效果好;适宜欧洲椴树压条生根的部位位于枝条中段。

Sectional Layering Propagation Technology of Tilia europaea
Abstract:The aim is to find optimal hormone concentration and optimal rooting site suitable for rooting of layering for Tilia europaea and to provide technical support for rapid propagation. The 8-year-old branches of Tilia europaea were taken as test materials,the branches were treated with different site by using different concentration gradient of hormones with NAA and IBA.the soil moisture and soil temperature were continuously measured by EM50 data logger ,In the later period, it could be obtained the significant differences by observing and recording the indexes of root number, root length, root diameter and calculated rooting rate nextly.The results indicated that the rooting effect of layering was highest when the layering plants of Tilia europaea were treated with IBA solution of 500 mg/L, the rooting rate reached 80%, the average main root number, the average main root length, the average main root diameter , the average lateral root number and the average lateral root length could be reached 29.6(roots), 19.74 (cm), 2.75 (mm), 15.8 (roots), 8.64 (cm) respectively.The suitable rooting site for rooting of layering in Tilia europaea was in the middle segment of the branch, the rooting rate reached 77.8%, the average main root number, the average main root length, the average main root diameter , the average lateral root number and the average lateral root length could be reached 10.7(roots), 16.67(cm), 1.9 (mm), 10.8 (roots), 5.15 (cm) respectively.The results indicate that appropriate hormone concentration treatment can promote rooting rate and survival rate of layering plants in Tilia europaea ; IBA is better than NAA and control in rooting effect; the suitable rooting site for layering plants of the tree is in the middle segment of the branch.
