摘    要:为了确定三种不同结构的芸苔素内酯(24-表、28-高和28-表高)在棉花上的最佳调节效果和使用剂量,本研究分别在室内和田间进行了试验。室内试验采用浸种的方法,田间药效试验选择在棉花苗期、蕾铃期和吐絮期分别进行茎叶喷雾处理来进行。室内试验结果表明,当浸种剂量为0.01 mg/kg时,三种不同结构的芸苔素内酯对棉花种子的发芽势和根系活力都有显着的增加。田间试验结果表明,与未处理对照相比,当施药剂量为0.02 mg/kg时,芸苔素内酯可以明显提高棉铃重、棉纤维长度和棉花整齐度,并且也能一定程度的增加棉花产量。在室内试验和田间试验中,28-高在三种不同结构的芸苔素内酯中都表现出最佳的调节效果。因此,为了调节植株生长以及提高棉花的品质和产量,推荐使用具有28-高结构的芸苔素内酯,其中浸种浓度为0.01-0.02 mg/kg,田间喷雾剂量为0.02-0.04 mg/kg。试验期间,棉花长势良好没有药害发生。

Application of Three Brassinolides with Different Structures in Cotton
Abstract:To determine the optimal regulation effect and the most efficient dosage of three different structural brassinolides (24-Epi, 28-Homo and 28-Epihomo) on cotton, laboratory experiment and field experiment were conducted. Indoor experiment was conducted with seed soaking, and field trials were carried out with stem and leaf spray at the seedling stage, boll stage and boll opening stage. The results showed that when the seed soaking dose was 0.01 mg/kg, the germination force and root vitality of cotton seeds were increased significantly with the three different structural brassinolide treatments. Compared with the control, when the spray dosage was 0.02 mg/kg, brassinolide improved the weight of bolls, fiber length and cotton uniformity, and also increased the yield to a certain extent. 28-Homo showed the best effect among the three brassinolides both in laboratory and field experiment. Therefore, to regulate the growth of cotton plants and increase the quality and yield of cotton, 28-Homo is recommended, and the seed soaking dosage is 0.01-0.02 mg/kg and the spray dosage is 0.02-0.04 mg/kg. There is no injury on cotton during the period of experiment.
