摘    要:为了研究50个红掌种质资源农艺性状的多样性,测定其11个主要农艺性状,对其进行了变异性、主成分和聚类等分析。结果表明,红掌品种间差异较大,叶柄长、佛焰苞长、佛焰苞宽和花朵数的变异系数均在30%以上。前4个主成分累计贡献率达到76.31%,佛焰苞性状主成分特征值最大,与红掌的变异性相一致。花朵数与其他的农艺性状负相关,选择亲本时要综合其它优良性状。通过聚类分析,将红掌种质资源划分为4类,其中第Ⅰ和Ⅱ类群的综合表现较好,可以作为今后红掌育种的重点选择对象。

Diversity Analysis of Main Agronomic Traits of Anthurium andrranum
Abstract:The paper aims to study the diversity of agronomic traits of 50 Anthurium andrranum germplasm resources. The authors determined 11 main agronomic traits and carried out the variability, principal component and cluster analysis on the traits. The results showed that: there were wide differences among anthurium andrranum varieties, the coefficient variation was above 30% among the agronomic traits of petiole length, spathe length, spathe width and flower number; the rate of the accumulated contribution of the four major components reached 76.31%, the spathe trait had the highest feature value of all major components, it was consistent with the variability; the flower number was negatively correlated with other agronomic traits, thus other excellent traits should be considered in selecting parents. The anthurium andrranum germplasm resources were divided into four groups by clustering analysis, among them, the first Ⅰ and Ⅱ group had good comprehensive traits and could be used as important materials in future Anthurium andrranum breeding.
