中国亚麻分子生物学研究进展与建议

摘    要:为了促进中国亚麻分子生物学研究的发展,总结了中国亚麻DNA提取、基因克隆与转化、分子标记、分子身份证、遗传多样性分析、遗传图谱构建等方面的研究进展。提出了上述各方面存在的分子标记开发较少,目的基因及可用的性状标记缺乏,分子遗传图谱覆盖基因组范围较小,有关栽培的分子生物学方面的研究比较少,满足不了育种、栽培以及种质资源分类等相关研究要求等一系列问题。针对存在的问题提出了5点建设性建议,以期为中国亚麻分子生物学研究与发展提供参考。

Abstract:To promote the progress of flax molecular biology study in China, the developments of flax were summarized, including DNA extraction, gene clone and transformation, molecular markers, molecular ID card, genetic diversity analysis, construction of genetic linkage map etc. A series of problems from the above aspects were pointed out, including less molecular markers development, lack of target genes and practicable markers of character, genetic linkage map that covering less genome, less research on molecular biology in cultivation, and the molecular biology study could not meet the requirement of breeding, cultivation and germplasm classification and so on. 5 constructive suggestions were proposed so as to provide reference for flax molecular biology study and development.
