濒危植物珊瑚菜花粉生活力的测定

摘    要:采用花粉离体萌发法,对珊瑚菜的花粉进行了生活力测定。结果表明:珊瑚菜初花期的花粉萌发率最高,为9.7%;在恒温25℃条件下,以0.6%琼脂+10%蔗糖+0.1%硼酸为离体培养基进行培养,有利于珊瑚菜花粉的萌发;低温(4℃)条件可延长珊瑚菜花粉的寿命,将其进行短期贮藏。

Abstract:The pollen viability of Glehnia littoralis was studied by pollen germination method in vitra .The results are as follows: The period having the highest germination rate of pollens, which was 89.7%, was the initial bloom stage of Glehnia littoralis. When the temperature was 25 ℃, the most appropriate culture medium of pollen germination was the medium with 0. 6% agar , 10% sucrose and 0. 1% boric acid. The life-span of pollens of Glehnia littoralis could be prolonged, when they were at low temperature (4℃) .And pollens may be short-term stored at this temperature.
