摘    要:为确定胶孢炭疽病菌对核桃不同品种致病性的差异,给炭疽病的综合防治提供一定的理论依据,采用室内接种测定胶孢炭疽病菌(GloeosporiumfructigenumBerk)对12个品种的果实和14个品种的叶片的致病力。结果表明:(1)放置菌碟的方法接种较喷雾和直接挑菌丝发病早,扩展快,试验结果可靠,故选用放置菌碟的方法接种;(2)胶孢炭疽病菌对‘中林1号’、‘扎343’、‘晋丰’3个品种果实的致病性最强,病斑直径〉10 mm,其次是‘中林5号’、‘辽核1号’、‘香玲’、‘鲁光’、‘京861’、‘金薄香1号’和‘辽核4号’,对‘丰辉’和‘绿波’的致病性最弱。(3)与果实相比,叶片发病早,接种后3天开始发病,其中‘丰辉’、‘辽核4号’和‘绿波’3个品种的叶片病斑最大,直径达20 mm左右,抗病性最好的是‘京861’‘、辽核1号’和‘辽核3号’3个品种,病斑直径在10 mm左右。

Abstract:The pathogenicity of Colletotrichumgloeosporioideson fruit of 12 walnut varieties and leaves of 14 walnut varieties were determined adopted inoculation methods in laboratory in order to confirm the difference of the pathogenicity of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides on different walnut varieties, and provide the base for controlling the walnut anthracnose. The results showed that:(1) inoculating fungus dish was reliable methods because the disease happened early and spread fast, compared with spraying and directly picking mycelium. (2) The pathogenicities of Colletotrichumgloeosporioideson fruits of‘Zhonglin 1’,‘Zha 343’,‘Jinfeng’were the strongest, and the diameter of spot〉10 mm. The pathogenicity on fruits‘Zhonglin 5’,‘Liaohe 1’,‘Xiangling’,‘Luguang’,‘Jing 861’,‘Jinboxiang 1’and‘Liaohe 4’were the second place, and the weakest was‘Fenghui’and‘Lvbo’. (3) Compared with fruit, leaves had an earlier onset, beginning onset after 3 days of invasion, the leaf spots of‘Fenghui’,‘Liaohe 4’and‘Lvbo’3 species were the largest, diameter of spot up to about 20 mm, the best performance was‘Beijing 861’,‘Liaohe 1’and‘Liaohe 3’, the diameter of spot were about 10 mm.
