不同种源红花木莲实生苗年生长规律研究

摘    要:为了研究不同种源红花木莲1年生苗的生长规律,以自然分布区内3个种源(大方县、雷山县、榕江县)的实生苗为试验材料,采用Logistic方程对不同种源红花木莲的苗高和地径进行初步研究。结果表明:3个种源的红花木莲苗高和地径生长均符合“S”型生长曲线,年生长可划分为出苗期、生长初期、生长盛期、生长后期4个生长阶段。3个种源的苗高和地径生长规律相似,大方种源的苗高生长盛期开始时间早于其他2个种源,结束时间却晚于其他2个种源1~2个月;地径生长盛期起始时间或早或迟于其他2个种源,而结束时间却晚于其他2个种源5~7天;大方种源苗高、地径生长的生长盛期长而生长速度慢,雷山和榕江种源生长盛期短而生长速度快。大方、雷山、榕江3个种源红花木莲苗高年生长量分别为16.12 cm、16.75 cm、16.42 cm;地径年生长量分别为5.52 mm、6.27 mm、6.05 mm。种源间苗高无显著差异,而地径间大方种源和雷山种源有显著差异,其他均无显著差异,种源间与种源内均存在较大的变异,雷山种源和榕江种源苗高、地径生长量均高于大方种源。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to by means of Logistic equation studied the height and diameter of annual Manglietia insignis seedlings from three different geographical sources (Dafang provenance, Leishan provenance and Rongjiang provenance), and then analyzed the growth rhythm of annual Manglietia insignis seedlings. The results showed that the growth pattems of height and ground diameter of three provenances were similar to ' S' curves and could be fitted with Logistic equation. And by equation the four stages could be divided into emergence period, early growth period, vigorous growth period and later growth period for the growth of height and ground diameter. The rhythm of the height and ground of the Manglietia insignis seedlings three provenances were same. The start time of vigorous growth period for the height from Dafang provenance was earlier than Leishan provenance and Rongjiang provenance, but the end time was to be posterior to Leishan provenance and Rongjiang provenance 1-2 months. The start time of vigorous growth period for the diameter from Dafang provenance was earlier or later than other provenances, but the end time was later than other provenances 5-7 days. The height and diameter of vigorous growth long, but the growth rate were slow. Instead, the height and diameter of period from Dafang provenance were vigorous growth period from Leishanprovenance and Rongjiang provenance were short, the growth rate were fast. Annual growth in height of Manglietia insignis seedlings from Dafang provenance, Leishan provenance and Rongjiang provenance were 16.12 cm, 16.75 cm and 16.42 cm: Annual growth in diameter were 5.52 mm, 6.27 mm and 6.05 mm. There was no obvious difference in height between different provenances. The diameter in Dafang provenance and Leishan provenance had significant difference, but other provenances had no obvious difference. There was a large variation between different provenances and within provenances. The height and the ground diameter of the seedlings from the Leishan and Rongjiang provenances were batter than the seedings from the Dafang provenances.
