番茄品种对南方根结线虫的抗性鉴定

摘    要:为了明确番茄品种对南方根据线虫的抗性情况,采用温室内盆栽番茄人工接种法,鉴定了江苏及周边地区栽培的17个番茄品种对南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)的抗性程度。结果表明,‘天宝316’表现高抗;‘以色列A316’和‘粉果310’表现中抗;‘秦樱3号’、‘布鲁诺’以及‘瑞星华美’表现出抗病;‘奥米多9号’、‘欧亚奇’以及‘美国903’表现出感病性;‘苏红2003’、‘美国大红’、‘合作903’、‘台湾圣女’、‘多彩水果番茄’、‘奥利’、‘黄贵妃樱桃番茄’以及‘荷兰紫圣果’表现出高感病性。携带Mi基因的番茄品种能够对南方根结线虫具有很好抗性,利用引物SCAR F及SCAR R进行特异性检测发现,‘天宝’(KF015736)、‘瑞星华美’(KF015735)及‘多彩水果’(KF015734)均获得720 bp条带,与‘Heinz 1706’(DQ437766)Mi基因同源性达到100%。

Abstract:In order to clearly indicate the resistance of tomato cultivars against root-not nematode, artificial inoculation method of potted tomato plants was used in the greenhouse. Resistant degree against the root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita, of 17 cultivars of tomato cultivated in Jiangsu Province and surrounding districts was identified respectively. The results showed that cultivar of‘Tianbao 316' was high resistant,cultivars of‘Israel A316' and ‘Fenguo310' were moderately resistant, cultivars of‘Qinying 3',‘Bruneau'and‘RuixingHuamei'were general resistant, cultivars of‘Aomiduo 9',‘Ouyaqi'and‘American 903' were susceptible, the rest cultivars that‘Suhong2003',‘AmericanDahong',‘Hezuo 903',‘TaiwanShengnv',‘Duocaishuiguo',‘Aoli',‘Huangguifei'and‘HollandZishengguo'were highly susceptible. These cultivars,which contained gene Mi, showed high level of resistance against root-knot nematode. All cultivars of tomato were detected for the resistance gene Mi by PCR used special primers SCAR F and SCAR R. The results indicated that 3 cultivars of the tomatoes carried homozygous Mi and the gene sequence of the‘Tiaobao' (KF015736),‘Ruixinghuamei' (KF015735) and ‘Duocaishuiguo' (KF015734) had 100% homology with‘Heinz 1706' (DQ437766).
