摘    要:采用田间小区试验,研究生物有机肥对水稻生长、碳氮代谢、水稻产量和土壤肥力的影响。结果表明:增施生物有机肥,能够促进水稻的生长,增加农艺性状和生物量,增强碳氮代谢能力,提高根系活力,增加水稻产量,提高耕地肥力;生物有机肥含有大量的有机质和功能微生物,能够使土壤容重降低,土壤中细菌、真菌、放线菌数量增加;土壤容重与微生物群落数量呈极显著负相关,与细菌、真菌、放线菌的相关系数分别为-0.96、-0.94、-0.97;土壤有机质含量与微生物群落数量呈显著正相关,与细菌、真菌、放线菌的相关系数分别为0.83、0.90、0.85;土壤有机质含量与水稻产量呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.85。

Abstract:Field plot experiments were conducted to study the effects of bio-organic fertilizer on rice growth, carbon and nitrogen metabolism, rice yield and soil fertility. The results showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer could promote the growth of rice, improve its agronomic traits, increase biomass and carbon and nitrogen metabolic capability, enhance root activity, and raise rice yield and fertility of cultivated land; bio-organic fertilizer contained a large number of organic matter and functional microorganisms, which could reduce soil bulk density and increase the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in soil. Soil bulk density was negatively correlated with the number of microbial communities, and the correlation coefficient with bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes was -0.96, -0.94 and -0.97, respectively. Soil organic matter content was positively correlated with the number of microbial communities, and the correlation coefficient with bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes was 0.83, 0.90 and 0.85, respectively. The correlation coefficient between soil organic matter content and rice yield was 0.85.
