竹叶黄酮的生理功能及其应用前景

摘    要:竹叶黄酮是一种重要的活性物质,来源广泛功效显著,具有广阔前景和利用价值。对竹叶黄酮的化学结构进行了阐述,其功能因子是黄酮糖苷,具有结构稳定深入病灶等优点。对竹叶黄酮的生理功效进行了调查发现竹叶黄酮具有抗氧化、抗菌、保护心脑血管、防辐射、保肝等药理功效,能够在人和动物的病理方面进行深度开发利用。报告了竹叶黄酮在畜牧业的研究与应用现状,能够作为一种天然的饲料添加剂提高动物免疫能力和生产性能。除此之外,竹叶黄酮在医药卫生,食品,化妆品等方面能发挥功效并值得投入生产。竹叶黄酮可作为天然植物添加剂和药品在畜牧生产、饲料加工等方面进行开发利用。本文为竹叶黄酮在畜牧业的进一步发展和生产推广提供参考。

Physiological Functions and Application Prospect of Bamboo Leaf Flavonoids
Abstract:Bamboo leaf flavonoids are a kind of active substances with a wide range of sources, significant efficacy, high application value and promising prospects. In this study, the chemical structure of bamboo leaf flavonoids was described. The functional factors, flavonoid glycosides, have stable structure and can reach the body lesion. Bamboo leaf flavonoids, with anti-oxidation, anti-bacterial, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protection, radiation protection, and liver protection effects, are worth exploring in human and animal pathology. They can be used as natural feed additives to improve animal immunity and production performance. Moreover, they have good application prospects in medical and health, food industry, and beauty industry. This article provides a reference for the further development and production promotion of bamboo leaf flavonoids in animal husbandry.
