陕西仔猪致病性大肠杆菌的分离鉴定和耐药性测定

摘    要:从陕西十县市24个大小猪场(户)腹泻仔猪病例采集186份病料中,分离并鉴定出68株致病性大肠杆菌,通过14种大肠杆菌O抗原单因子血清鉴定,证明有13种血清型(尚有1株未定型)存在,其中以O139,O101、O149,O141,O60为优势血清型,占定型菌株的71.6%。选用16种常用抗生素对32株地方代表菌株做耐药性试验:结果表明对丁胺卡那霉素、诺氟沙星、新霉素高敏,林可霉素、头孢唑啉和麦地霉素等中敏,氧氟沙星、先锋霉素和链霉素等药物产生耐药;同时从高、中敏区向中敏区和低敏区过渡的趋势明显。这一结果为该省做到有效防治提供了依据。

Abstract:68 Strains of pathogenic E. coli were isolated from 186 specimens in 24 pig farms from 10 counties (cities) in Shaanxi provmce. Using 14 E. coli O-antigen-single-factor to survey, the result shows that 13 serogroups were assured (one strain is unassured types), O139, O101, O149, O141, O60 were the predominant serotypes, and covered 71.6%. The antibiotic resistances to 16 kinds of common drugs were performed for the isdated strains. Result indicated that the strains were highly sensitive to Amikacin, Norfloxacin, Neomycin, medium sensitive to lincomycin, Cefazolin and Midecamycin, and all strains had the tolerance, to ofloxacin, m Velosef, Streptomycin. At the same time, it is obvious to transfer from highly sensitive area to low sensitive area. The result could offer the experimental basis to be available to prevent and treat the disease in Shaanxi province.
