| 摘 要： | 土地集约利用水平受经济、社会、生态、政策等多种因素的影响。为了向今后的农村居民点土地集约利用提供理论指导，促进农村土地资源优化配置和合理利用，保障土地资源可持续利用。笔者以重庆市开县为例，构建了基于多因素的农村居民点土地集约利用评价指标体系，通过多因素综合评价模型，得出农村居民点土地集约利用现状水平，并对评价结果进行分析。开县目前大多数地区土地利用处于适度及粗放利用状态，针对当前农村居民点土地低效利用的原因，提出了保障土地节约集约利用的对策措施。
