摘    要:摘要:选用50±2日龄的Wister大鼠60只,随机平均分6组,,分别饲喂以吉林小粒6、吉林30、吉林45、吉农7、丰交7607栽培品种生大豆和全脂膨化大豆(对照组)为主要蛋白源的日粮,30天解剖大鼠,内脏器官称重,肠道测量长度、制作切片。结果表明:胰腺重量、空肠隐窝深度和空肠绒毛长度和隐窝深度比值对照组与实验组差异显著(p<0.05), 各品种生大豆日粮对大鼠抗营养影响为吉林小粒6>吉林30>丰交7607>吉林45>吉农7。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to investigate the antinutritional effect of five different China raw soy- bean cultivars on the internal organ morphology and gut histology in rats.Sixty rats aged 50±2 days were randomLy divided into six groups, with each group involved 10 replicates. Test groups were fed on the diets containing raw soybean cultivars: Jinlinxiaoli6, Jilin30, Jilin45,Jinong7, and fengjiao7607, respectively. Control groupdiets containing extruded full-fat soybean (EFFS). The whole experiment duration was 30 days, All rats were slaughtered on 30 d. pancreas' liver, speen, kidney and stomach were collected quickly for weighting, duodenum central region and jejunuml/3 and ileum 1/2 were collected to making histological section for light microscope to inspected, respectively. Then, the gut measured length and weight. Results showed: The pancreas weight of rats fed on the diets containingfinong7 cutivars raw soybean was significantly lower compared to containingfilinxiaoli6, filin30JCengjiao7607 groups (P 〈 0.05), the small intestine length and height of rats fed on the diets containingfilinxiaoli6 cutivars raw soybean were significantly heighter compared to the control group (P 〈 0.05), the jejunum villus height: the jejunum crypt depth of rats fed on the diets containingfilin45,jinong7 cutivars raw soybean were significantly difference compared to the filinxiaoli6,jilin30, fengfiao7607 groups(P 〈 0.05). Effect of antinutritional in feeding rats with raw sobean diets is Jinlinxiaoli6 〉 Jilin30 〉fengjiao7607〉 Jilin45 〉 Jinong7.
