鲜食玉米产业现状与发展对策

摘    要:鲜食玉米已在浦口区区域产业优势逐渐显现,目前,全区鲜食糯玉米生产已形成一定规模,鲜食玉米种植面积已发展到2000hm2;不断引进示范推广优质新品种;糯(甜)玉米生产取得了较好的效益;配套技术日趋完善;特色玉米产业化有了良好的开端。分析了鲜食玉米发展中存在的问题,提出了发展与对策:一是大力宣传,扩大南京市浦口区鲜食玉米的知名度;二是巩固和提高生产基地建设;三是优化结构,提高鲜食玉米综合生产水平;四是加快产业化开发,延长产业链。

Abstract:This paper has analyzed the current conditions of the Fresh Edible Maize industry, when there was a good outset of the Fresh Edible Maize industrialization. The production of the fresh waxy maize had a large scale, planting area of the fresh maize was expanded 2000hm2; high quality new varieties were introduced, demonstrated and extended uninterruptedly, planting the waxy(sweet) maize had got a higher efficiency than others; adopting production technique was being perfect gradually, and the fresh maize production had emerged its great predominance from the regional agricultural industry in our county. Mean while, the problems were analyzed briefly on the development of the fresh maize industry, and the developing strategies for solving them were put forward. Firstly, propagandize widely, enhance the image of the Fresh Edible Maize industry in our county; secondly, strengthen and improve the level of the construction of the fresh maize base; thirdly, optimize industry structure and improve the comprehensive production capacity; Lastly, speed up the industrialized exploitation of the fresh maize, extend its industry chain.
