灰化时间对测定椰子叶中K、Ca、Na、Mg含量的影响

摘    要:本文以椰子叶为材料,比较不同高温灰化时间对测定椰子叶中K、Ca、Na、Mg四种元素含量的影响。通过低温预灰化和不同时间的高温灰化处理后,利用原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中K、Ca、Na、Mg的含量。结果表明,测定椰子叶中的K、Ca、Na、Mg含量时,适宜高温灰化时间分别为2h、2.5h、2h、2.5h;同时测定该四种元素含量时,适宜高温灰化时间为2.5h。且2.5h高温灰化时,元素的平均回收率为95%一106.3%.

Abstract:The coconut leaves were used as samples analysed effects of incinerating time on assaying content of K,Ca,Na and Mg in coconut leaves .With low temperature and different time high temperature for incnerating coconut leaves, it was assayed that contents of K、Ca、Na and Mg in the samples on Atomic Absorptive Spectrophotoneter. The results showed as below: For assaying contents of K,Ca,Na and Mg in coconut leaves ,respectively, the optimum time of high temperature for incnerating was 2h、2.5h、2h、2.5h . However, for assaying the coconuts of these four elements at the same time, the optimum time was 2.5h. Meanwhile, it was showed that the recovery rate of elements were 95%-106.3% at 2.5h of high temperature incinerating.
