生根剂GGR-6对紫羊茅和草地早熟禾响应干旱胁迫的影响

摘    要:为了明确生根剂GGR-6对植物生长与抗旱性的生理作用,以2种优质草坪草-紫羊茅‘梦神’(Festuca rubra ‘Rubra’)、草地早熟禾‘优异’(Poa pratensis ‘Merit’)为供试材料,通过控水的处理方法,分别在播种后不同时期,用不同浓度的GGR-6对2种草坪草进行浇灌。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的进行,紫羊茅和早熟禾的抗氧化酶活性呈现先增加后降低的趋势,同时游离脯氨酸含量增加,以维持渗透平衡,叶片MDA含量保持在较低的水平。早熟禾的抗旱能力高于紫羊茅。浇灌GGR-6对2种草坪草幼苗的生长有明显的促进作用,并可以提高其抗旱能力。其中,紫羊茅于播种后1周浇灌低浓度(0.1 g/L、0.2 g/L)的GGR-6效果较好;早熟禾于播种2周后浇灌低浓度(0.1 g/L、0.2 g/L)的GGR-6,播种3周后浇灌高浓度(0.3 g/L)的GGR-6效果较好。研究结果证实GGR-6对提高植物耐旱性具有重要作用,并为利用外源物质提高植物抗逆性提供一定的科学依据。

Abstract:To explore the physiological role of rooting agent (GGR-6) on plant growth and drought tolerance, two high quality turfgrass, Festuca rubra ‘Rubra’ and Poa pratensis ‘Merit’ were used as the materials in this study. The controlling water method was adopted, and the two kinds of turfgrass were irrigated with different concentrations of GGR-6 at different periods after sowing. The results showed that the activities of antioxidant enzymes in F. rubra and P. pratensis increased first and then decreased under drought stress, and the content of free proline increased to maintain osmotic balance, but the content of MDA in leaf kept at a low level. The drought tolerance of P. pratensis was higher than that of F. rubra. GGR-6 irrigation could obviously promote the growth of the two kinds of turfgrass seedlings, and improve their drought resistance. For F. rubra, GGR-6 irrigation with low concentrations (0.1 g/L, 0.2 g/L) one week after sowing had a better effect. For P. pratensis, GGR-6 irrigation with low concentrations (0.1 g/L, 0.2 g/L) two weeks after sowing, and high concentration (0.3 g/L) after three weeks had better effects. The results suggest that GGR-6 plays an important role in the drought tolerance of plant, and the study provides a scientific basis for the use of exogenous substances to improve plant drought resistance.
