27%二甲戊灵·砜吡草唑乳油防治棉花田一年生杂草效果与安全性

为明确27%二甲戊灵·砜吡草唑乳油土壤封闭处理对棉花田一年生杂草的防效及对棉花的安全性,采用随机区组的试验方法进行田间药效试验。结果表明,27%二甲戊灵·砜吡草唑乳油对棉花田主要杂草马唐、牛筋草、马齿苋、反枝苋均有较好的防除效果,在有效成分用量为607.5、810、1012.5、1620 g a.i./hm²条件下,药后40天总鲜种防效为86.1%、91.7%、96.7%、99.3%,防治效果较好,棉花的增产率为26.04%~28.87%。因此,27%二甲戊灵·砜吡草唑乳油可采用土壤喷雾防除棉田杂草,对棉花安全,推荐剂量为607.5~1012.5 g a.i./hm²。

Control Effect and Safety of Pendimethalin-pyroxasulfone 27% EC Against Annual Weeds in Cotton Field

The study aims to determine the control effect and safety of pendimethalin-pyroxasulfone 27% EC soil sealing treatment on annual weeds in cotton field. Random group test design was conducted in the field pharmacodynamic experiment. The results showed that: pendimethalin-pyroxasulfone 27% EC had excellent control effect on main weeds of cotton such as Digitaria sanguinalis, Eleusine indica, Porbulaea oleracea and Amaranthus refroflexus. 40 days after treatments, the average fresh weight control effects were 86.1%, 91.7%, 96.7% and 99.3% under the effective ingredient dosage of 607.5, 810, 1012.5 and 1620 g a.i./hm² respectively, and the yield increase rate of cotton was 26.04%-28.87%. Thus, pendimethalin-pyroxasulfone 27% EC could be sprayed to control weeds in cotton field, which is safe to cotton, and the recommended dosage is 607.5-1012.5 g a.i./hm².
