江苏斑点叉尾鮰产业现状及发展战略思考

2017年以来,江苏斑点叉尾鮰养殖规模急剧扩大,养殖面积已经达1万hm²,养殖产量也占全国总量的1/4。为了进一步推进江苏鮰鱼产业的稳定发展,文章从消费动态、苗种瓶颈、养殖模式和加工产业等方面概述了江苏斑点叉尾鮰产业现状,提出了产业面临的问题。随着沿海池塘养殖规模的大幅增加,江苏鮰鱼产业苗种和消费市场出现严重的供求不平衡,苗种和消费严重依赖省外,同时加工产品缺乏创新,消费形式单一。因此,研究提出良种良法结合,加强加工研发,建立品牌,拓宽销售渠道,以实现本省鮰鱼产业的可持续性发展。

Current Status and Development Strategy of the Channel Catfish Industry in Jiangsu

Since 2017, the cultivation area and total production of channel catfish increased dramatically in Jiangsu Province, reaching a cultivation area of 10,000 hm² and accounting for 25% of total production in China. This review outlines the consumer trends, bottleneck of fry supply, culture mode and processing industry of channel catfish in Jiangsu Province. At the same time, the problems of channel catfish industry in Jiangsu Province are also summarized. With the enlargement of the cultivation scale along the coast, there is a savage imbalance between supply and demand in fingerlings and foodsize channel catfish markets. Moreover, the relatively simple product structure and market constraints are the main limits of channel catfish industry in Jiangsu Province. Based on the analysis, suggestions on the sustainable development of channel catfish industry are put forward, including reinforcing the utilization of genetically improved strains and green aquaculture model, strengthening the scientific and technological support, building brands, and exploring new markets and novel platforms.
