基于多因素指标的土地集约利用水平定量评价研究——以江西省南城县为例

摘 要 本文以乡镇为单位，拟定了3个要素层、12个具体的评价因子，运用定量的方法，对南城县土地集约利用状况进行了多因子综合评价。结果表明，全县土地集约利用水平存在一定的差异，县城所在地的建昌镇、天井源乡等集约水平较高，而龙湖、浔溪、洪门等乡镇低于全县平均水平。在此基础上，进一步对其集约利用水平梯度区进行了研究，针对不同类型区未来的土地利用方向提出了相应的建议。

Quantitative Evaluation of Land Intensive Utilization Degree Based on Multi-factor Indexes—A Case Study of Nancheng County, Jiangxi Province

The condition of the land intensive use of townships in Nancheng County is discussed in this paper, adopting the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model, based on three target layers and twelve evaluation indicators. It turns out that the land intensive use conditions in different townships differ： the intensive use condition of Jianchang and Tianjingyuan are above the average level, while Longhu, Xunxi and Hongmen are below the average level. On this basis, the paper further studies the gradient of land intensive use and puts forward suggestions to the future direction of land use in different areas.
