中国农业政策与城乡收入差距关系分析

近年来农民收入和生活水平都有了很大的提高，但与城镇相比，仍然存在明显的差距，而且差距还在不断拉大。城乡差距的形成有历史和政策的原因。通过我国城乡收入差距的现状，从农业政策方面分析差距拉大的原因并提出缩小差距的措施。

Analysis of The Relation Between Agricultural Policy and Urban-Rural Income Gap in China

Urban and rural residents are two primary groups in our society.The peasants ＇ income and life standard have been greatly improved since the reform and opening policy has been carried out,but the urban-rural income gap tends to expand.The form of the gap has its historical and policy reasons.The excessive gap has become the block of social development,influences the social justice and stability and has become a disadvantage of economic development.It has important theoretical and practical significance to get the clear picture of the extent of gap expanding,inquire the reasons for gap expanding and offer some advices to regulate the agricultural policies.This paper tries to find the reasons for gap expanding from the point of view of agricultural policy and bring up some countermeasures by reviewing the present status of the imcome gap.The conclusion is that the agricultural policy has the decisive influence on the income gap.Its change has a direct impact on the change of gap.So the government should ensure the growth of peasants ＇ income from the point of view of policy and strive to reduce the huge gap between the urban and rural income.
