摘    要:该实验以10种(品种)宿根花卉为材料,通过电导率法鉴定其抗寒性,并将其结果与生长恢复观测情况进行比较,结果基本一致,同时以可溶性蛋白质的变化为依据,从机理上解释了10种宿根花卉抗寒性的强弱。实验操作简单、实用、可靠,易在生产单位引种栽培试验中应用。实验结果表明,受低温胁迫的影响,10种(品种)宿根花卉的电解质透出率在低温胁迫下与对照相比均有明显的变化,并随胁迫程度的加深和胁迫时间的持续延长,膜透性逐渐升高,而增高的幅度各种(品种)有所差异。膜透性的变化规律可反映出植物受低温胁迫伤害程度的大小,可以作为鉴定植物抗寒性的指标之一。十种材料抗寒性依次为:‘罗米莱紫’穗花婆婆纳>‘金和蔼’一枝黄花>‘胭脂红’景天>‘主妇’景天>红花奇观景天>‘矮黄金’一枝黄花>‘铜泉’堆心菊>粗糙赛菊芋>‘柯罗粉’美国薄荷>‘草质’亮金光菊。

Abstract:he effect of low-temperature stress on electric conductivity, soluble protein show that the former three methods could reflect the cold resistance of ten perennial flowers.The electrolyte leakage rate of the cell have significant difference between ten prennial flowers in cold tolerance , content have different change rules under different cold stress, and so it could be as index for and cold tolerance. Meanwhile, they are according with the survival rate.The result shows that there are obvious differences of resistance among ten Prennial flowers in cold tolerance: Veronica spicata’Romiley Purple’>Solidago‘Goldkind’> Sedum spurium’Coccineum’>Sedum x’Matrona’>Sedum spectable ‘Rosenteller’> Solidago ’Golden Dwarf’>Helenium ’Copper Fountain’>Heliopsis helianthoides var.scabra>Monarda. ‘Croftway’> Rudbeckia nitida ’Herbstsonne’.
