马齿苋多糖提取工艺的研究

摘    要:对马齿苋多糖的提取工艺进行了研究。在对浸提时间、温度、料水比进行单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验确定了马齿苋多糖提取的最佳工艺条件,即采用微波辅助提取30min以上,料水比1:40,在100℃下浸提5h,浸提2次,提取温度是提取多糖的关键影响因素;提取液采用4倍体积的95%乙醇醇沉4h。

Abstract:The extraction technology of polysaccharide from portulaca oleracea L. was studied in this paper. On basis of single factor experiments such as extraction time, temperature and material-water ratio and so on, the optimum extraction technology was determined by orthogonal experiments. With the microwave-assisted extraction for over 30 minutes, material-water ratio was 1:40; the dry materials were extracted 5 hours at the temperature of 100℃ two times. The temperature of extraction was the significant factor. Extraction concentrated to proper volume was precipitated with 4 times volume of 95% ethanol for 4 hours.
