摘    要:为了研究植物品种的有效鉴定方法,综述了国内外近10年近红外光谱分析技术在粮食作物、经济作物、药用植物等种及品种鉴定中的应用。发现该技术在粮食作物和药用植物中的应用较多,且准确性较高,在经济作物中的应用相对较少,且建模方法比较单一,在饲草作物和能源植物中的应用目前还鲜有报道,今后还需进一步完善品种鉴定模型,实现更多植物种及品种的准确鉴定。

Abstract:In order to identify plant cultivars accurately, the author summarized the application of near infrared spectroscopy in the identification of plant species and cultivars in food crops, industrial crops and medicinal plants in the last decades. It was found that: there were more applications in food crops and medicinal plants with relatively higher accuracy than in industrial crops which only had simple modeling methods. The application of forage crops and energy plants had been rarely reported till now. The identification model needed to be improved in the future to realize accurate identification in more plant species and cultivars.detailely expounds the application of near infrared spectroscopy technology in identification of food crops,industrial crops and medicinal plants. The prediction of near infrared spectroscopy development tendency is also reviewed in the paper.
