花椰菜种质资源遗传多样性SRAP标记分析

摘    要:本试验采用SRAP分子标记技术对24份花椰菜品种的遗传多样性进行研究。从30个引物组合中筛选得到23对多态性引物组合, 结果共检测到257条扩增条带,平均每对引物扩增的等位基因数从5到20不等,其中多态性片段为185条,多态性比例为71.98%,表明花椰菜品种间具有相对丰富的遗传多样性。相似系数分析表明品种间遗传相似系数为0.5491-0.9626, 平均为0.7490。聚类分析结果显示来源和地域可作为花椰菜品种聚类的农性状之一。

Genetic Diversity Analysis of Cauliflower Germplasm by SRAP Markers
Abstract:The genetic diversity of 24 genotypes of cauliflower (Brassica oleracea L. var. botrytis L.) germplasm was evaluated by sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) technology in this study. A total of 257 alleles were detected by 23 SRAP markers which screened from 30 primer combinations. The average bands of each primers combination ranged from 5 to 20, of which 185 ones were polymorphic and the polymorphism frequency was 71.98%, indicating that the cauliflower varieties relatively had extensive genetic diversity. Similarity coefficient analysis showed that genetic similarity among genotypes from 0.5491 to 0.9626, averaged out at 0.7490. Cluster analysis showed that origin and district can be used as agronomic traits in cauliflower varieties cluster analysis.
