福鼎白茶产业发展前景分析

六大茶类之一的白茶为我国特有，主产于福建省建阳、政和和福鼎等地。本文以福鼎市为主要研究对象，对我国白茶产业的现状和存在问题进行了分析，提出发展壮大白茶产业的对策建议。

Prospect Analysis of Fu Ding white tea industry

The production of white tea commenced in Fu Ding County, Fujian Province, China around 200 years, hence Fu Ding is regarded as the "hometown of Chinese white tea". Since that time, its production had undergone various improvements and spread to more places in Fujian. In this paper, we carried out a survey to determine the extent of growth and development of Fu Ding tea industry. From the result, we identified the social benefits of the tea industry to the people and problems currently faced by the industry. Finally, we put forward possible measures that may revitalize the industry.
