河蟹生态育苗池中敌害生物龙虱幼虫的药物杀除

摘    要:采用静水生物毒性试验法,研究了杀灭菊酯、溴氯海因、敌百虫、漂粉精和漂白粉五种水产药物对河蟹生态育苗池中最常见敌害生物龙虱幼虫(水蜈蚣)的急性毒性作用及安全浓度评价,实验结果表明杀灭菊酯、溴氯海因、敌百虫、漂粉精和漂白粉对龙虱幼虫24h的半数致死浓度(LC50) 值分别为0.05mg/L, 6.63mg/L, 3.65mg/L, 6.91mg/L, 28.95mg/L,48h的LC50值分别为0.03mg/L, 4.38mg/L,2.38mg/L, 3.84mg/L, 14.10mg/L,96h的LC50值分别为0.00mg/L, 1.12mg/L, 0.54mg/L, 2.15mg/L, 3.05 mg/L;杀灭菊酯、溴氯海因、敌百虫、漂粉精和漂白粉对龙虱幼虫的安全浓度(SC)分别为0.006mg/L, 0.57mg/L, 0.31mg/L, 0.36mg/L 和1.00mg/L; 龙虱幼虫对5种药物的敏感性为:杀灭菊酯>敌百虫>漂粉精>溴氯海因>漂白粉。
