天津市水产养殖适宜性评价系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为实现区域资源利用最大化,实现经济与产业的协调可持续发展,研究采用德尔菲法(Delphi)和层次分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process,AHP)构建天津市水产养殖适宜性评价模型,在此基础上基于IDRISI软件开发了天津市水产养殖适宜性评价系统。系统首次整合了天津市整体海、淡水及武清区、汉沽区两个典型养殖区域的基础数据专题地图和评价模型参数文件,实现了线性加权地图处理、地图再分类、地图追溯和地图显示等核心功能模块。用户也可在调用现有的评价模型之外自定义完成基于栅格地图的多准则评价模型的构建。利用系统运算可得出天津市适宜水产养殖的四类地区分布,即不适宜、一般、适宜和非常适宜地区,从而为天津市水产养殖规划及管理提供相关参考依据。

Abstract:In order to maximize the utilization of regional resources, realize the coordinated and sustainable development of economy and aquaculture industry, the aquaculture suitability evaluation model of Tianjin was established with the Delphi and AHP method, and then aquaculture suitability evaluation system was developed based on IDRISI software. The basic thematic maps and the modeling parameter files of the whole seawater and freshwater of Tianjin, and of Wuqing and Hangu which were the typical aquacultural areas were integrated in the system. There were four core function modules in the system: linear combination map builder module, map reclassification module, map drill-down module and map display module, which allowed the users to customize their own multiple criteria evaluation model based on the raster maps besides the model established by the research. The aquaculture suitability in Tianjin was divided into four grades by systematic calculating: unsuitable, moderately suitable, suitable and very suitable, providing references for plan and management of aquaculture.
