摘    要:以木薯品种GR911作实验材料,于块根膨大期叶面喷施PP333溶液500 mg / L和1000 mg / L。结果表明,PP333处理可抑制木薯地上部生长,使植株矮化,叶面积减小。但是比叶重、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量、气孔导度及蒸腾强度比对照明显增加,叶片净光合速率提高,根/冠比值增大,利于同化产物的累积和产量的增加。

Abstract:Take variety GR911 as testing material, spray 500mg/L and 1000mg/L paclobutrazol (PP333) solution on leaves of cassava during expanding period of root tubers. It was found that PP333 can shorten cassaca's plant height, decrease leaf area, but increase the weight of unite leaf, content of photosynthetic pigment, transpiration rate and stomata conductance, increase the net photosynthetic, root/crown ratio, improves the photosynthetic material accumulation and the yield.
