上海位于东海之滨的独特地理位置与悠久的人类经济活动,赋予了上海旅游资源浓郁的海洋特征,在其几千年的发展过程中,形成了许多特色鲜明的海洋文化体系,为海洋文化旅游业的发展提供了有利条件.首先介绍了海洋文化与海洋文化旅游,指出上海在其发展进程中与海洋形成的密切关系,认为上海具有发展海洋文化旅游的巨大优势,因此,提出利用这些优势,从制度、观念、教育、可持续发展等层面发展上海海洋文化旅游,以很好的促进上海海洋文化旅游健康快速发展.

Shanghai Marine Culture Tourism Development Research

Shanghai is located in the coast of the east sea and enjoys a long history of human economic activities, which gives tourism resources rich Marine characteristics. During the development of thousands of years, shanghai has formed many distinctive characteristics of marine culture system, which providing favorable conditions to tourism development. This paper firstly introduced the marine culture and marine tourism, and pointed out that shanghai has formed a close relationship with marine in the process of development, and argues that shanghai had a great advantage of marine culture tourism. Therefore, the paper put forward we should take full use of those advantages to develop shanghai Marine tourism healthily and quickly from system, ideas, education level and sustainable development.
