| Abstract: | The main factors that constrain the creation of a quality journal in agriculture are carefully analyzed in this paper. Accordingly, a series of measures that establishes a sense of brand, identify the role of a journal, feature a journal, establish a multi-talented personnel and develop group management of a journal are put forward so as to develop a quality journal in agriculture. |
