利用硫酸铜液诊断母牛早期妊娠技术初探

采用3%和5%硫酸铜液对57头黑白花母牛进行早期妊娠诊断,然后通过直肠检查技术进行确诊。结果表明,3%硫酸铜液乳检的总阳性率为87.14%,5%硫酸铜液乳检的总阳性率为84.80%,两组均以配种后31~50d中午乳样检出准确率最高,平均阳性率为90.35%。5%硫酸铜液乳检的阳性符合率较3%硫酸铜液稍低,即造成误诊空怀率稍高,实际应用中以3%硫酸铜液进行母牛早期妊娠诊断,其准确率较高。

Study on the Cow Early Pregnancy Diagnose by CuSO4

The early pregnancy diagnose was experienced by 3% and 5% CuSO4 respectively in 57 cows, then checked up their accuracy through rectum-check. The result showed that the total accuracy rate of used by 3% CuSO4 was 87.14%, the group used by 5% CuSO4 was 84.80%. But the accuracy rate in the tow groups was best with milk sample check in 31~50 days after breeding, the average value was 90.35%; the negative accuracy rate by 5?ll comparing to 3%, the none-pregnancy rate was increased because diagnose by mistake. It is indicated that the early pregnancy diagnose was done better with 3% CuSO4 and the method was feasible, the milk sample of 31~50 days after breeding at noon was best to be diagnose the cow early pregnancy in practice.
