Abstract: | Eighty-six soybean varieties of Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning provinces were used to evaluated physical characters on processing qualities, in order to provide some basics of quality breeding and selecting lines for different processing uses. The results showed that: the varieties of Heilongjiang have characteristics of high rates of germination, low hardness of seed boiled,high rate of good seed soaked, low rate of seed coat and cotyledon destroyed; the varieties of Jilin have characteristics high rate of good seed, low rate of bad seed, high yellow color of seed coat,high hardness seed soaked, low rate of hard seed and the varieties of Liaoning have characteristics of high weight of 100-seeds, high rate of dad seed, high hardness of seed soaked and seed boiled, high rate of seed coat and cotyledon destroyed, low rate of germination and yellow color of seed coat. |
