摘    要:采用盆栽试验,研究了石灰性土壤中磷、镉交互作用对菠菜生长的影响。结果表明,磷的添加可减轻镉对菠菜生长的毒害,随着向土壤中添加磷浓度的增加,菠菜叶片中叶绿素含量和菠菜生物量呈先增后降的趋势。当镉浓度相同条件下,随着向土壤中添加磷浓度的升高,菠菜叶片中叶绿素含量和菠菜生物量也呈现先增后降的趋势,其中土壤中磷浓度为150 mg/kg时,菠菜的生物量达到最大,且叶片中叶绿素含量也最高。当向土壤中添加镉浓度为1.5、20 mg/kg时,施磷均明显降低了菠菜植株中镉的含量。研究还发现,植株体内磷、镉的含量与土壤环境中的

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of interaction of phosphorus and cadmium on the growth of spinach in calcareous soils through pot experiment. The results showed that P addition could reduce the toxicity of Cd to the growth of spinach. The chlorophyll content in the leaves of spinach and the spinach biomass increased at first and then decreased with the increase of P concentration in the soil. The chlorophyll content and the biomass of spinach increased at first and then decreased with the increase of P concentration in the soil when the Cd concentration was fixed, the biomass of spinach and chlorophyll content achieved maximum when the P concentration was 150mg/kg. Addition P could significantly decreased the cadmium concentration in spinach when the addition Cd concentration was 1.5 and 20 mg/ kg. The results also showed that the P and Cd concentration in plant have a positive correlation with the P and Cd concentration in soil.
