| 摘 要： | 加强农业结构调整是中国现阶段社会经济发展的客观要求。在体制转轨的背景下，农业结构调整的成败直接受到政府行为的影响。当前，农业结构调整中政府行为存在越位不当、缺位不当和在位不当的问题，对此进行原因分析，从而对政府行为进行准确定位，对于农业结构调整的顺利推进尤为重要。

| Abstract: | It’s an objective requirement for social and economic development to enhance adjustment to agricultural structure in present China. Government has a direct influence on it under the background of system reform. At present, there exist some problems in offside, absence and impropriety of governmental behavior. It’s especially important to analyze the reason for correctly positioning governmental behavior and smoothly improving adjustment to agricultural structure. |
