土地开发项目区未利用地地力评价研究-以安徽寿县孟家湖林场苇地开发项目为例

摘    要:以地力评价理论为基础,并以安徽寿县孟家湖林场苇地开发项目为实例,本文选取了土地开发项目区未利用地16个地力影响因子,并在系统分析层次分析法(AHP)理论基础之上,采用该方法对各影响因子进行了权值计算和综合评价结果分析。结果表明,土体厚度是土地开发项目区未利用地地力的最大影响因子,其次是障碍层状况、土壤质地和土壤有机质含量;采用层次分析法进行土地开发项目区未利用地地力评价具有较好的实用性。

Abstract:According to the theory of productivity evaluation, and taking the land exploitation program of Mengjia Lake Forestry Centre, in Shou Country,Anhui Province, as example, the author selects 16 affect factors of the land exploitation area of the unused land. Based on the analysis by the numbers of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the author carried through the account of the value and the result analysis of the colligating estimate to every affect factor using the method. Results show that the soil thickness is the most affect factor of the land exploitation area of the unused land , and then the obstacle layer status, the soil character and the soil organic element content. And it shows that the adopting of the Analytical Hierarchy Process bears better practicability to carry through the productivity evaluate of the land exploitation area.
