摘    要:利用盆栽试验研究了CaCl2浸种和CaCl2叶面喷施对轻度、重度土壤干旱下,棉花叶片水分状况、生理过程、膜功能及产量的影响。结果表明:钙浸种和叶面喷钙均能使棉花离体叶片气干时含水量的下降变缓;轻度、重度土壤干旱时,棉花叶片相对含水量和水势下降,气孔阻力增大,蒸腾速率减少,叶绿素含量和叶绿素a/b比值减小,光合速率和呼吸速率降低,质膜相对透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性下降,但钙浸种和叶面喷钙的处理均比对照下降或增加的幅度小,这说明钙处理提高了干旱条件下棉花叶片的保水能力,增强了叶片的各种生理活动及叶片膜功能的完整性,从而提高了棉花的抗旱能力和产量

Abstract:The effect of CaCl 2 for seed- soaking and leaf-spray on water status, physiogical processes, membrane functions and yield of cotton leaves under soil drought stress through pot tests was studied. The result showed that under drought stress, relative water content (RWC) and water potential decreased, resistance in the stoma increased, transpiration consumption decreased, the content of chlorophyll and the chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b decreased, the rates of photosynthesis and respiration decreased, plasma membrane permeability and the content of MDA increased, SOD activity and CAT activity decreased, the variation of Ca 2+ treatment was less than that of H 2O treatment, which indicates Ca 2+ treatment enhanced drought-resistance and yield of cotton.
