| 摘 要： | 介绍了黄萎病病菌致病机理、棉花黄萎病抗病机理及棉花抗黄萎病育种研究的现状，从不同的方面分析了制约棉花抗黄萎病育种研究的因素，提出了加快抗黄萎病育种研究进程的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | In this review，we mainly summarized the recent research advances on cotton Verticillium wilt in the following aspectsmechanism of Verticillium pathogenicity，mechanism of host resistance，cotton resistance breeding against Verticillium wilt．We analyzed the different factors lagging the resistance breeding，such as limited resistant resources and lack of efficient breeding methods，and proposed measures for accelerating the Verticillium wilt resistance breeding progress． |
