形态抗虫棉对棉铃虫实验种群发育的影响研究

摘    要:通过室内系统饲养,采用组建种群生命表的方法,研究了取食不同抗性品种对棉铃虫实验种群的影响。结果表明,取食形态抗虫棉的棉铃虫,不仅种群生长发育受阻,其存活率和生殖力均下降,从而使种群数量增殖减缓。取食形态抗虫品种川棉243的种群,幼虫、蛹的发育历期延长、体重减轻,成虫寿命及产卵期缩短、产卵量降低,在同一特定年龄均以取食川棉243的种群的死亡率较取食对照品种的高,种群累计存活率和繁殖力低,砷群数量增长指数仅为161.7,分别较取食感虫品系中无151和常规推广品种中棉所12的低52.6%和39.4%。

Abstract:The control effect of resistant cotton to the experimental population of cotton bollworm(Helicoverpa armigera)was studied using life table in the laboratory in 1998. The results showed that not only were the growth and development of the population which fed on resistant cotton suppressed, but also it's population survival rate and the reproductivity decreased, so the population in quantity was suppressed . In comparison with the population reared on susceptible strain Zhongwu 151 and popular variety CCRI 12, the developmental period of larvae and pupae of the population raised on Chuanmian 243 were prolonged, the weight decreased, the longevity and the oviposition period of moth shortened, the fecundity of moth reduced, the population survival rate decreased, and the population increase index, 161.7, was reduced by 52.6% and 39.4% than those of Zhongwu 151 and CCRI 12, respectively.
