| Abstract: | After screening a cDNA library of CCRI 36,a new gene named GhFBO(GenBank:JF498592) was isolated from CCRI 36 which belonged to the TUBBY C-terminal domain-like subfamily.The full-length ORF of this gene is 1475 bp,and it encodes a protein of 424 amino acid.The putative protein contains two kinds of conserved domains,a F-box domain and two Tubby C-terminal domains.Phylogenetic analysis displays GhFBO is the highest similarity with Malus x domestica TLP2 protein.Bioinformatics analysis indicats the molecular ... |
