摘    要:本文用分光光度法研究了DNS比色法在分析棉花还原糖中的应用,找到了分析棉花还原糖含量的最佳条件,即:入射光波长为510nm,DNS显色剂用量1.5ml,沸水浴显色时间15min,显色液定容体积为15ml。提高了该方法的灵敏度。结果表明,该方法简便、快捷、准确、安全、低成本,稳定性和重现性好,不受棉花样品中其它可溶性杂质的干扰,适合基层常规实验室的批量定量测定。

Abstract:The content range of reducing sugar analysed by the reported DNS methods cannot match the content range of Cotton reducing sugar.DNS method was used to analysisthe content of cotton reducing sugar by using spectrophotometry. The best conditions ofanalysing the content of cotton reducing sugar have been established.These are:wave-length:510nm;the volume of DNS solution:1.5ml;he duration in the boiling water:15min:dilute the colour solution to 15ml with distiled water. The sensitivity of themethod has been imoroved Experiment and practice have confirmed that the improvedDNS method is simple safe and easy to conduct.Results are accurate,reproducible andare not interfered by other soluble substances. This can be used in anv common lab and isfast for quantitative method.
